Cara membuat Choux pastry

  1. Siapkan bahan, kemudian campurkan margarin,garam,dan air tunggu margarinnya meleleh angkat sebentar masukkan tepung terigu aduk rata.

  2. Setelah rata masak lagi kurleb 2-3menit, angkat dinginkan setelah dingin masukkan telur, aduk sampai rata.

  3. Setelah rata masukkan ke kantong plastik segitiga yang sudah diberi spluit, cetak keloyang yang sudah diberi margarin, dan panggang sampai matang dan mengembang kering.

  4. Setelah matang angkat tiriskan, kmudian gunting bagian tengah untuk di beri vla.

  5. #vla # campurkan semua bahan kecuaLi butter, masak sampai meletup2,setelah meletup2 masukkan butter, angkat dinginkan..

  6. Setelah dingin masukkan ke plastik segitiga dan isi choux dg fla dan siap disajikan :).
